SHIPPING PROCESS GUIDE:
Below is a guide to our shipping process for individual areas. If you have any queries, please email or call us before placing the order! We are more than happy to help!
Orders placed using the incorrect shipping method are subject to admin fees.
Orders are dispatched with a third-party specialised temperature-controlled courier. Notifications are sent to your email and/or mobile by 6AM on the day of delivery (some with a track and trace link and real time ETA).
Please ensure someone is home to accept delivery of the order. Orders are perishable and Authority to Leave (ATL) is done at your own risk*. Orders are not packed in esky's, as the courier is temperature-controlled. If you require an esky and ice, please purchase before check-out. Please leave detailed delivery notes during check-out to assist our couriers to deliver safetly and efficiently.
* If the courier is asked to leave the parcel, we accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
We endeavor to ship goods as fast as possible. However, during high volume periods, there may be some minor delays. (Easter, Long Weekends, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas & New Years). Please be mindful of our cut-off times.
Please note, some of the following processes (i.e. tracking) may not be available when substitute couriers are used during busy holiday seasons or different shipping options are selected.
